Our Path to Real Estate Investing

Forge & Trek started as an RV design and renovation business located in the foothills of the Colorado Rockies.  Based in beautiful Fort Collins, Colorado, we are passionate about outdoor adventure, family togetherness, and (prior to pivoting into real estate investing) creating comfortable, functional tiny homes on wheels for our clients.  

We always worked closely with our clients to update, redesign, and upgrade their RV or camping trailer to create an amazing, functional, and comfortable space. We loved taking "stock" camper trailers with "blah" designs for the masses... and turning them into unique, one-of-a-kind works of art to match our clients' vision, preferences, and lifestyle. With our pivot into real estate investing, our goal remains the same: to create something both beautiful and functional.  Now that we've moved fully into real estate investing, each Forge & Trek property renovation will truly be a highly liveable work of art!
